Shelley Capito Macleod
Shelley Capito Macleod brings her variety of experience in politics, finance, and business strategy to clients at Tusk Strategies. She provides strategic political advice and manages multi-jurisdictional campaigns on behalf of clients across the country.
Shelley started at Tusk Strategies as its first employee and managed several successful campaigns for corporate and nonprofit clients before going to graduate school. Prior to that she worked on Mayor Mike Bloomberg’s re-election campaign in 2009. Most recently, Shelley was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Chase where she served in several Sales and Strategy roles in both the Commercial Bank and the Investment Bank.
Shelley grew up in and around politics in West Virginia and currently lives in New York with her husband, Colin, and their daughter, Macaulay. Shelley has her B.A from Duke University and an M.B.A from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
